I signed my contract and paid my $400 hold deposit to countryside village in Tampa,FL on 10/15/2021. I have all my contracts and receipts to prove it. It does state non-refundable UNLESS after 8 weeks a unit has not came available. During that time frame I was not contacted by anyone regarding a unit. Fast forward to earlier 2022 I go to a sister location to pay to do a credit check so I can open myself up to availability of the other parks to hopefully get something. Ms. ****** - Upon further review of your request we did have two units come available for you, but they were turned down. However we are going to make an exception and go ahead and refund your hold deposit of $400.00 that was put down in October.
We put down a $400 deposit and never got see any trailers. I want my refund? She never called back and no one answers the phone, now I'm sitting writing a certified letter
I moved in 3 weeks ago and sewage has been coming out my drains !! Landlord said this is not a emergency and don't wanna spend extra money to call plumbing !! I have gotten super sick from it !!! They paint a good look but it's sucks

This name is not anyone that has lived at CountrySide Village, so we are unsure who is putting in a complaint. We have onside maintenance at least 1 day a week and emergency maintenance 24/7/365 as needed. If you were evicted then you must not have paid your rent as that is the only reason that would be the case.
