I am overall happy with their service. Dr. Essabri is outstanding. Dr. Shireen also is knowledgeable. But Dr. Hindoosh while she is excellent, she speaks to patients as a teacher yelling at her naughty students
Edit: I called the Dr. Hindoosh’s office to find out if I can get the prescription sent to my email. I said hello and was mid sentence when I was rudely cut off and Jayanti decided to speak in a high and rude tone to tell me put me on hold. I am not happy at all. I’ve been put on hold a few times and I have never been talked to like that. The other receptionist is so much kinder and knows how to communicate effectively with the patients. Dr. Raghad is an outstanding doctor — professional, compassionate, and deeply dedicated to her patients. Her secretary is equally kind and always provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I am truly grateful for their care and highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent service.
