This guy / Sheldon is a scammer , I paid him for a service he didn’t complete. I should have known that he wasn’t a good person because he was jokingly saying that he would sell a guy aluminum boat that was in front of his shop it was a green/grey boat on the first day we met to take a look at my vessel. I paid this guy over 20+k to complete my boat. He also sold parts off of my boat that I ask for he told me that he sold it to scrap shop. River Run will LIE, CHEAT, SCAM & STEAL FROM YOU! I took my boat to River Run to have them fabricate and install a two piece custom transom plate and polling platform. I mentioned I was going to replace the outboard and he offered to buy mine which had a resale value of $1500. Coincidentally, he quoted me the same price for making the transom plates and polling platform, including installation. So we made a deal to barter. All I gotta say is WOW. These guys are true professionals they did a great job on my 22ft SeaArk and I highly recommend them, they did everything exactly how I wanted and I can't wait to get this boat back on the water again.
From day one dropping off my boat, which was a Sunday morning, my experience with Sheldon at River Run Marine was exceptional. He came in and opened up on a Sunday to meet me so I could drop my Jon boat off. Showed me around the shop and the projects he had already in progress. I TRIED TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BOAT AND HE GOT TIRED OF MY QUESTIONS AND I WILL POST HIS NON PROFESSIONAL COMMENT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS PLACE!
