I bought two Dealsavers (half price massage) for me and my sister to go. I tried for weeks to reach them, they do not answer their phone nor return messages left. I finally reached someone, and because the spa also sold a deal on Groupon, they were backed up and couldn't get me in for 2 or 3 months. I didn't have my sister's three month schedule in front of me, so I said I would call back. I have not been able to reach them since, nor do they return messages. Great spa in a great neighborhood I recently went to river run day spa/ derma clinic and I thought it was amazing. The new staff is so nice and they are all friendly. I don't feel like just another client to them I feel like they remember me and treat me like a queen whenever I go in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a clean cozy spa with great customer service. P.s. when I asked about my derma clinic gift certificate they were nice and gave me the old owner Karen's number.
Unsatisfied New owner of Derma Clinic as of Dec 2011. The new owner WILL not honor prior gift certificates so you are out of luck. The lady was rude and unbending. Find some place else to send your $'s and your spouse.
