Worst dry cleaners I have ever used. They completely ruined a dress and denied responsibility for it (and failed to even acknowledge it when I picked it up). They lost a belt that matched a pair of slacks. They tried to overcharge me for a suit as an outer coat. They have lost my business.
Always done correctly.
Asked for and paid for heavy starch on shirts. Picked them up and no starch. Took them back and was told they don't get enough requests for heavy starch. Then why did the ticket say "Heavy Starch"? The customer isn't always right, but the customer is always the customer. Looking for another dry cleaning company now.
