Awesome place! Beautiful building! Fresh and clean! Opens to unique view. Easy parking. Great instructors! Every move taken seriously at the studio. Challenging, but great for any level. Very happy I found that place!
Great workout! Perfect for all fitness levels. Instructors are very nice and helpful with technique. I personally love the 45 minute classes - can fit into my day AND allow me to get a good sweat. Highly recommend!
I have been attending the Energize classes on Tuesday evenings. The class is terrific and the instructor is wonderful! Highly recommend River Row Studio for a great workout!!

I came to River Row after 7 years of CrossFit where I thought I was a pretty good rower. The coaches helped with technique and all the things I could have been doing better. The workouts are a great mix - there is something for everyone! Beginner or veteran, fit or getting there the coaches are supportive and helpful- I always learn something new!
