I was doing a will call, had a job site hiccup that set me pretty far back, they sent the truck without my call. I was alittle upset thinking I'll need to cover this concrete. But they said don't worry about it and call when I need. The next day I called, guy came and was all good. Also I had an extra stick of sono tube and they took it back with no problems. Very good folks to work with. Good price too, if I did bags it would be nearly double the price
