Chuck ordered my pool heater and got it delivered within 2 days. Just in time to get it installed the day before inspection! Thank you Chuck for your quick response and fast delivery!!
Can’t praise them enough. Amazing contractor that communicated well, provided great recommendation, stayed on schedule, and was extremely helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in putting in a pool or having your existing pool updated.
I am trying to be patient with river rock, unfortunately , I have to keep calling and calling and texting to get help with equipment and contractor issues. Service is what sold me on this company and that is NOT what you get. I have a beautiful pool, but after a not even a year we have issues and it's impossible to get help. It took 3 Months for someone to come look at my waterfall that did not work... 3 months, and still didn't address my deck that is pealing and cracking..
Loved our experience. Everything turned out beautiful and Chuck made everything easy. He became a friend through this process and has gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Chuck and River Rock pools for anyone who is looking to put in a pool.
