My experience with River Rock Dock was a series of errors on their part. Contract called for 6 inch pipes; 4 inch thin wall pipes were installed which could be moved easily back and forth by hand after installation. Contract specified location of the piles. Two were placed differently. There were other errors as well. There is no direct supervision by the person who gave the estimate/contract and he threatened me after I asked some pleasantly worded questions via e-mail. Final invoice cost overage was substantial.
