They don’t answer the phone at all
I just moved into the neighborhood and was so pleased my experience was nothing like the other reviews. I got a phone call back within 20 minutes and the account is in my name and we're all set!
River Rock water is a joke. Don’t bother calling them, you will never get a call back. Just go the the HOA building and complain to them, the water company will call them back within five minutes......Who runs this show? Please do the job our dues pay you to do.
