They take such a long time to build the houses. I signed my contract in nov 2022 sales rep has mentioned me it will be ready in august before i signed the contract and now they extend it to November and they don’t work with you if you request them for any change even if you say you pay more money after the designer appointment. I m extremely disappointed with my sales rep.

Houses are built on very poor materials, specially on tavern road houses they only installed one HVAC to run whole house we have the issue of heater and AC from the beginning,charging higher HOA fees without any reason . Not happy with the house in general
