I live here things are not always fixed, due to recent ice storm, our walk ways are not cleared yet and I have fallen on the ice trying to get to my apartment and hurt my deltoid muscle in my right arm. I am now in a sling. My sister is disabled and done dialysis and it's very hard for her to try to get to the pickup ride they sent so she can make this appointments to dialysis.

Usually quiet here I love it.
They got a new owner this year but kept the same management company. Phase Management LLC out of Georgia. That company in the 3 years I worked there never cared about the tenants or employees. It is a decently low cost place to live but with the nasty people that keep roaches always spreads them to everyone else's apartments. I don't really recommend this place unless you can't find another place.
