This has led to month-long delays in work orders, frequent resident portal changes, and unreliable office staffing/availability/communication. In Love with River Rock Apartments Mishawaka! I have been living here for almost 6 months , before moving I was skeptical a bit but once I moved I found I did the right thing . I live here in a river view apartment with a open terrace , which is rare in Mishawaka . Central Park , Beutter park & St Joseph River are in front of my eyes all day long .
