You can hear through the walls! Pretty sure they are made of foam. Quick walk to the river. Deck space is real nice. Lots of deer around. Bed was comfy.

My sister and I just stayed in the Birdseye Perch treehouse for a fun birthday getaway. We loved it. The house is adorable, with huge windows all around. Large private deck outside complete with nice furniture and grill. Beds were clean and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Shower was great with excellent water pressure. We visited in September and our experience wasn't as pleasant as our previous stay. The customer service team reached out to us to remedy the situation, and invited our family to visit once again. The treehouse was clean and had been given some updates. Our stay was far more enjoyable. Thank you for listening, and giving us another opportunity to enjoy River Road Treehouses!
Great location close to everything. Early morning enjoy views of deer and nature. Super quiet and comfy!
