River Road Pharmacy is a Great Pharmacy, very Professional, and always providing great service to their customers.
I called to get a price on a prescription and they billed the insurance and the insurance paid them! I never set foot in the store and yet they got paid over $100 by the insurance company. Frauds! Update: I called River Road initially to get a cost on a medication that I was no longer able to get at the big pharmacies to due shortages. I NEVER ORDERED IT. So much faster and efficient versus big box pharmacies. Great staff great service Never had any issues after many years of being a patient of theirs.
I have been coming here for years . Adam and his staff are outstanding. Will go above and beyond on your needs . If they don’t have your medicine they will find a way to get it to you and follow up ( which hardly anyone does anymore) with a text or phone call . Keep small business open they make a difference in our community . .
