I called to get a price on a prescription and they billed the insurance and the insurance paid them! I never set foot in the store and yet they got paid over $100 by the insurance company. Frauds! Update: I called River Road initially to get a cost on a medication that I was no longer able to get at the big pharmacies to due shortages. I NEVER ORDERED IT. So much faster and efficient versus big box pharmacies. Great staff great service Never had any issues after many years of being a patient of theirs.
I have been coming here for years . Adam and his staff are outstanding. Will go above and beyond on your needs . If they don’t have your medicine they will find a way to get it to you and follow up ( which hardly anyone does anymore) with a text or phone call . Keep small business open they make a difference in our community . .

After contracting the flu my husband went to where the dr faced in my 4 scripts (Walgreens) they didn’t have any of them. So fortunately our dr sent them over to River Road Pharmacy within an hour they were ready. Today my husband is needing all the meds I was given and so back to River Road Pharmacy he will go. New to the area we will forever be your customers. Walgreens is horrendous!!!
