Booked a night expecting free passes to Chula Vista Waterpark since the River Road Motel's website says "•FREE passes to Chula Vista Parks with room".....exact words. When we checked in the owner said we need to stay 2 nights to get passes. I told him about what his website says and he said "no it doesn't". POS--will never go back.
It was very nice staying here. Was very clean and the owners were very nice. I will be back again.
Our room was very clean ..... a little dated .... great place to stay if you want to bar hop downtown dells.... will be back!
I am supposed to be going down to the Dells this weekend (June 9th and 10th). My boyfriend and I booked the hotel Monday and called today because we still hadn't been charged. Turns out the hotel had a pipe break and chose not to call anyone about it if they didn't book directly through them. If I hadn't called, we would've drove down for nothing.
