The living conditions are suboptimal. There are frequent water interruptions, occurring on a bi-weekly basis, often lasting for an entire day. Furthermore, there is a lack of timely notification regarding these service disruptions, which hinders adequate preparation. When notifications are provided, they typically occur with only 10 to 15 minutes' notice, which is impractical given my work schedule. This situation significantly impacts basic hygiene and facilities, such as restroom access and showering.
Don't move here. Staff/maintenance is awful. Hacienda down the street is probably a better community than this cesspool.
Worst place to rent we had damages on the house we rented for years and they never tried to fix anything roaches are a norm there so get use to it and if you have damage get use to that to and get use to all the violations they put on you as well
