You can't go wrong with Jeremy and Alex. Jeremy makes sure you're informed and always a pleasure to speak with. Alex knows his way around just about anything. They had to do a rebuild on my AWD LS2 and it was anything but an easy job. They took the initiative and replaced things that were key items while the engine was out. Every attention to detail was taken and all the finishing touches one would expect were part of the process without having to ask. Great guys and highly recommended!

We needed an oil change and scheduled an appointment with River Road Automotive. Making an appointment was easy, it was a quick phone call. We were able to drop off our car the night before or we had an option to drop it off first thing in the morning (8); with our busy schedule, it was easier to drop it off the night before. There was a drop box to put your key in. The next day around lunch, we got a phone call regarding the status of the car and what other fixes it needed. You know what, it’s just nice to know you can go to a repair shop and not have to worry about being taken. Jeremy and Alex are straightforward and honest, highly informative about the complexities involved, and the prices are more than fair. Not much more you can ask for … I highly recommend them! Do yourself a favor and check them out.
