We needed an oil change and scheduled an appointment with River Road Automotive. Making an appointment was easy, it was a quick phone call. We were able to drop off our car the night before or we had an option to drop it off first thing in the morning (8); with our busy schedule, it was easier to drop it off the night before. You know what, it’s just nice to know you can go to a repair shop and not have to worry about being taken. Jeremy and Alex are straightforward and honest, highly informative about the complexities involved, and the prices are more than fair. Not much more you can ask for … I highly recommend them! Do yourself a favor and check them out.
