The staff at River Ridge are the most compassionate and caring people. Jennifer, Damiana, Cavalene, the nursing and RCA staff are incredible people. Not only are they awesome to the residents, they treat the family like their own. I cannot express how grateful I am for my mom's care. Additionally, Omar and his team serve great food which is hard to come by at other assisted living facilities.
River Ridge at Avon provided an incredible place for my brother who needed a range of support at different times of his stay. River Ridge’s community provided both individualized care when needed while allowing him to have a loving environment he was proud to call his home. What stood out as much were their values and emphasis of building personal relationships with him and family members to enhance his experience. I am extremely grateful for River Ridge and how they prioritized my brother’s needs and happiness.
I wish there were more stars to give because I’d give them. My father is 98 years old when we made the extremely difficult decision to transition from living alone to assisted living. Jennifer made it an absolute breeze from the first phone call. Unfortunately in the last year his health has declined, Damiana, Andrea, Cavalean, Tammy and Tracey have been nothing short of amazing.
