Noisy, trashy place to live at this point. There is serious issues with dogs barking as mentioned in many other reviews. There’s also kids in one unit who scream and cry all day in my building, out in the hallways, and in the parking lot. My building is very bad because the loud kids belong to a clearly drunken/drugged out dad on the first floor who brings his three kids to his car very early in the morning and lets his kids scream, yell, and cry at the top of their lungs as he stumbles around. Do not live here with any pets. If you have a pet that frequently has accidents you will be moving out with over $1500 of fees that you will owe. People at the main office were extremely nice throughout the entire process but the people above them were terrible.

Place is overrun with noisy dogs. There is barking at all hours of the day. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT DOG BARKING. If you report issues they’ll tell you the dogs are EMS and there’s nothing that can be done. Huge piles of dog stuff around the complex. Smells gross all the time. During the winter dog owners will let dogs go in the walkways and won’t even bother cleaning it up. Can’t decide which is worse, management not caring or the disrespectful dog owners who care about nothing but their dogs.

As an immigrant woman this apartment complex has been a big disappointment. Managements communication is awful they ignore emails and calls and fixes are delayed or done poorly. Safety is neglected dim lighting in parking and halls no cameras. As a woman alone it feels unsafe and unwelcoming. Basic units but overpriced for these issues. Avoid if youre like me, one star. I have noticed managements replies and while they seemingly want to help in the comments this is not the reality, please do not be misled by this.
