Young man was very nice and polite
Very good response time.
We lived here for a year and it is okay. Management is very responsive and friendly unless a neighbor complains about something silly. Maintenance is fast, I will say that. But there are a lot of drawbacks and I do not see the rent as high as it is, (being a luxury apartment) worth it. They do allow pets but you will be charged for them out the wazoo in the end.
