sidewalks are dangerous in the snow and ice
Normally I don’t leave reviews, but this place deserves to be exposed. No matter what, avoid building 1415. The building is settling into the foundation. Creaking all day everyday. Walls are paper thin. The noise issues here are astronomical. There were two large restricted breed dogs on my floor & the banging and barking would keep my kids and I awake most nights. Despite numerous complaints about these dogs, nothing effective was done. I ended up having to move out because of the unmanaged dogs in the building. My entire f... read more
We absolutely love living at River Ridge! We moved here last spring and will continue to live here this year. Our team at the clubhouse and our maintenance team are exceptional. The apartments are well cared for, safe, and located in a quiet area that is close to downtown Loveland and the interstate. Rent is reasonable, especially for the high quality of our apartment. We have lived in two different apartments here and both have been wonderful.
Noisy, trashy place to live at this point. There is serious issues with dogs barking as mentioned in many other reviews. There’s also kids in one unit who scream and cry all day in my building, out in the hallways, and in the parking lot. My building is very bad because the loud kids belong to a clearly drunken/drugged out dad on the first floor who brings his three kids to his car very early in the morning and lets his kids scream, yell, and cry at the top of their lungs as he stumbles around.
