I don’t care who this offends. Watching an animal suffer while being told “we can’t help without money first” will change the way you see people forever. Pets are family. They don’t understand payment policies. They don’t understand why they’re being turned away while they’re struggling to breathe or in pain. They just trust us to help them. Excellent experience with this practice. Doctor is excellent and so is her staff. Very friendly and helpful and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend.
This is not a large breed dog place to go, took my one year old large breed puppy here three times to get nails cut. Each time they could not do them and refused to see my dog for a drop off appointment since they could not handle a large puppy. Puppies are all active and have a lot of energy. Took him somewhere else and there was no problems.
Seeing as they blocked me on Facebook. I might as well put it on here too... ONE YEAR LATER AND I am still UPSET. They did absolutely NOTHING to solve this. Should have been a full refund AT MINIMUM. Absolutely do not recommend this animal clinic. My dog passed away, made me come through the back door and before I could even say anything took out the credit card reader. We took our 1 year old Yorkie there for a first visit/establishment with them. We were told she had heart worms 😭💔 We were even showed a video on Dr Hooks cell phone. It broke our hearts for our little girl! We started her blood work/medication etc. $900. We would do whatever it took for her! It just all seemed so crazy because she seemed so healthy, so energetic & playful, so high strung, etc. Never sick or any issues. We decided to get her in somewhere for a second opinion.
