The Downfall of 2026 With the change of staff, I was getting charged for an addendum already SIGNED over email. When I went to resolve the addendum issue in-person and sent the Leasing Office + Manager the email exchanges, I was left with no resolution. R+R made me create a new Utility account with the City of Columbus in March, and since doing so, my bills have skyrocketed. You can’t even get ahold of the front office to try and inquire about moving here. Talk about a red flag.

Not worth the money. We have had multiple power problems, drain flies, packages stolen at front door and in mailroom, hard to reach the management (email, phone, office) and on top of all that dangerous homeless encounters. Regret getting a long lease here because it is not easy to break the lease. Advice: Look else ware.

I lived here for one year. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and maintenance is pretty efficient. However, the leasing staff is extremely difficult to get ahold of. They rarely answer the phone and almost never responded to my emails. There were also multiple occasions when the leasing office would be closed at random times during the day.
