I have never experienced such poor property management. For 48 hours, I’ve been trying to reach the regional manager about a serious mice infestation, and there has been no response whatsoever. Tenant concerns clearly are not a priority for this company — despite living in unsafe and unsanitary conditions, they treat urgent matters as if they don’t exist. Two things wrong: My first full month, I was supposed to have free rent due to the sign on for a 15 month lease and they tried to send me an eviction notice because they messed up and did not comp it. Secondly, The new female leasing agent is incredibly unhelpful and rude. I mistakenly had a very expensive package delivered while out of town and simply asked her to open the package room to give it to my Cat Sitter… She pulled a package from someone who doesn’t even have a similar name or the same unit number. Ikram Ismail is seriously the BEST! She has been so amazing to work with, always goes above and beyond my expectations to make sure that my experience living here is amazing. The experience of living in this community has been so great! There is so much to do in this part of town, my only regret is not moving here sooner! 10/10 recommend!
