No matter how big or small my maintenance request is since moving into River & Rich, the maintenance crew is on top of it in a very timely manner. Greatly appreciate their promptness and professionalism!
Lived here for 2 years and everything was great. Leasing office staff was very helpful and responsive. Common areas were kept clean and in good working order. Maintenance was helpful and responsive on the extremely few occasions I needed them. Only 4 stars cause the walls are very thin — I heard my neighbors on all sides of my unit (I was on the top floor) and they will raise your rent by at least $50 a year. However, those are complaints to Casto, the developer, and not Oakwood (management).
R&R was my favorite (and last) living experience in Columbus. Having lived in short north and downtown, the Franklinton area fit me the best. The location is extremely walkable to breweries, bars, shops, parks, food, transport, art, and even downtown. There’s constantly events going on in the area too. Lexi and Ikram at the leasing office are absolutely amazing! From the very first interaction, they’ve been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Lexi is always quick to respond to any questions and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clear and taken care of. The front office was extremely fast, helpful, and got me my place within days of applying cannot recommend them enough.
