My hair dresser had to cancel my appointment today so I was in desperate need of finding someone last minute to cut my hair! I’m SO appreciative that there was someone available today! From the moment I walked in, Shay greeted me by name and took the time to listen to what I wanted. The wash felt SO GOOD and actually shut me up mid sentence because of how great it was. I chat her ear off and she was so lovely and sweet. I just moved to Highland Park and it looks like I’ve found my new hair salon!
Shaylynn was very professional and personable. She carefully listened to me as we discussed the colors and cut for my hair. She communicated with me throughout the process and I’m thrilled with the outcome. It’s the best cut and color Ive ever had. The salon is very comfortable and relaxed and has a Zen and calming feel. I highly recommend it!
I've been seeing Meli for haircuts for over six years now, and I couldn't be happier to visit her at River & Rain for the salon experience. She is wonderfully accommodating to my schedule, and I love how easy it is to just walk in, get a quick dry cut and leave feeling fantastic. Whether it's a refresh or a makeover. I found Meli through word of mouth, when I asked a stranger with an amazing haircut who her stylist was. Been going to Meli ever since.
