Great place to go
While stationed at Maxwell for a year I started going to RRCF. This was my second CrossFit gym and I appreciated the focus on the basics and working on the foundation of complex movements that I still had not mastered yet. I originally wanted to rush into movements that advanced athletes were doing at the games but this isn’t what I needed. This made me noticeably stronger and kept me injury free for the entire year.
