Overcharged rental fees for non updated units. $150 application fee. 60 days to break a lease costs about 5k plus 1st months rent, last months rent, and security deposit. Additionally they charge you about $20 or $30 a month to paint out of your security deposit the month you move in. Additional fees such as valet garbage. Advertise the boat ramp but don’t actually let you use it. Told they will tow your trailer if you park it in the parking lot.
After touring several apartment communities, I ultimately chose River Reach because of their exceptional follow-up and genuinely friendly service. Anna was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from touring to eventually signing my lease. She brought a vibrant energy that I hadn’t experienced while touring other apartment complexes. She also made herself available when I had questions about timing and the application process as a whole. Super grateful that she was there to help!
This was not your average move-in experience. We worked with Sabina and she gives it her all. ALWAYS. She was so supportive, in finding out exactly what we needed, showing us multiple apartment layouts (multiple times) and providing insights into the community.
