River Ratz gave us a great experience from start to finish! They were happy to accommodate our private group on the day and time we needed them. They were easy to work with when our numbers changed. They waited patiently for our group to all arrive, even though we were late. They got us off the river in good time and back to our cars. Having hauled my own kayaks before, I know the work and logistics that goes into the job, and it was just magical to get to enjoy it without all the hassle. I had a fun kayaking trip! There are bathrooms at the soccer fields. My only reason for not leaving 5 stars was because I attempted to call a few times and no one ever returned my call or answered the phone.
From the online reservations to pickup/return from Heritage park - absolutely seamless. Amazing staff. Great day on the river! Highly recommend.
