Looked everywhere in California for my bike sold out everywhere had to find in Arizona cody helped from the jump unlike this other shop by Phoenix that renig on deal hardest part was picking the bike up cody and the shop had everything ready to go when i got there even recommended a good steak spot RRM will be the 1st shop i call if and when i get a new bike

A little pricey but very helpful
I did receive a call from them that they put the wrong serial number on my paperwork. Had to return the new title and paperwork for them to process all ne paperwork. Check your paperwork before you get insurance, OHV sticker and title. Not a big deal because I bought my RIdge HVAC from my local dealer. Would also be nice if Kawasaki gave you a small tool kit with the purchase. Needed a spaner wrench to adjust the spring tension. Overall purchase was good.
