Wow, I don’t even know where to start with this review so I live in Yuma. I called this Park no mention of the 4+ miles of dirt road to get to it a very bumpy dusty dirt road to get to then to turn into literally what looks to be a drug site This place is in such Deplorable condition I could not recommend this to the homeless literally the absolute worst RV Park, if that’s what you wanna call it I’ve ever witnessed and I’ve been traveling for four years so I’ve seen many many parks. 4 miles of washboard road. Outdated and poor campground. Went there to stay for a couple of nights but rejected the site and looked for somewhere else to stay in Yuma. Wouldn’t recommend. Nice owner though.
I am addressing the negative comments made about the park and specificly the new park manager. As a resident here, I've seen significant improvements since the new park manager arrived. The overall environment has become much safer and more welcoming, with a noticeable reduction in disruptive behavior. While I understand your concerns about the park's condition, I can say that the new manager has made strides in cleaning up the area and addressing issues that were previously overlooked. Very long dirt road, a lot of dust, park roads not maintained, sites not maintained, a lot of junk in the back, would be a fairly nice park with the right management,
Very disappointing RV Park, very dusty, the river access isn't pleasant at all, you can walk to the river, but not very desirable area. The only nice looking area of the park is the entrance, which now has a burned trailer that needs hauled out. The park itself still needs lots of work has been cleaned up, but still a long ways to go. The manager Rae talks bad about the people living long term there so what does she say about the other people living there.
