This place might be far but it is a wonderful place, close to the river, the manager is wonder and the people here are humble. My husband and I are the only youngsters in this area we are 30 years old and absolutely recommened this RV Park.
I came to this park about a month ago and found out Rae the manager Is no longer at the park. I am very disappointed as the park was getting underway while she was here but I don't see much progress since she has gone. I fear all the old riffraff that she evicted will return, just maybe not the same ones but just knew faces of the same mentality. I heard that the original maintenance guy is no longer here either. March 1, 2026 - I stayed one night advising Tina that if I liked it, I'd stay longer. I asked if I could please have a shaded area. As soon as I entered, Western music was LOUD. I told Tina I would not stay if the music continued; she kindly took care of that. It was coming from beyond the fence where 'permanent' RVers resided. After 4.⁵ mile of washbord dirt road you end at a pile of junk. It supposed to be a campground. It seemed more as a graveyard.
We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at Yuma River RV Park. The great experience was primarily due to Rae the amazing manager of the park. From the start she was very hospitable and accommodating offering her full knowledge of the park and Yuma attractions. She is fully committed to the park and making it a better place. The park provides 50 amp service with full hookups at an unbeatable price and is off the beaten path of Yuma which offers a very country quiet atmosphere.
