Wow, I don’t even know where to start with this review so I live in Yuma. I called this Park no mention of the 4+ miles of dirt road to get to it a very bumpy dusty dirt road to get to then to turn into literally what looks to be a drug site This place is in such Deplorable condition I could not recommend this to the homeless literally the absolute worst RV Park, if that’s what you wanna call it I’ve ever witnessed and I’ve been traveling for four years so I’ve seen many many parks. 4 miles of washboard road. Outdated and poor campground. Went there to stay for a couple of nights but rejected the site and looked for somewhere else to stay in Yuma. Wouldn’t recommend. Nice owner though.
I am addressing the negative comments made about the park and specificly the new park manager. As a resident here, I've seen significant improvements since the new park manager arrived. The overall environment has become much safer and more welcoming, with a noticeable reduction in disruptive behavior. Very long dirt road, a lot of dust, park roads not maintained, sites not maintained, a lot of junk in the back, would be a fairly nice park with the right management,
