Called and booked an appointment a week ago with Zack. Drove 45 min to get here and apparently he said he didn't have an appointment and wasn't coming in. Waste of time and gas. Be a good place to open a barbershop. Very disappointed
Google says walk-in welcome, tried calling 4 times just in case to confirm. No response. I live in Columbus and work in Portsmouth, I thought let me support a local business. Drove a day early, show up and the door sign says “appointment only.” Well, it’s fine, but maybe you should let people searching you on Google find out before they drive to you. So, go to that website and book ahead, looks like they are booked up a few days ahead.
Was a great experience, very friendly staff, and a very clean establishment!! 10/10 I recommend!!!
