River Pools installed our in-ground pool in the summer of 2021 and we could not be happier with the whole experience! We've had a few little learning issues (mainly owner errors) over that time and the River Pools crew has been available each time to help us figure out the issues and get things squared away with the proper help and advice. The best quality product i have seen on nearly 60 years. The customer service is outstanding. We had what we thought was a problem. I really was our inability to follow direction. The leader spent a great deal of time with me - he made sure I was the expert before he left!! I thank you for making my dream come true!!! Worth every penny and so much more!
A dream come true! River Pools was wonderful to work with - responsive, great communication from sales through install- the install crew was on-time, friendly, hardworking, and treated our property respectfully. We have never had a pool, and weren’t sure we’d be any good with pool chemistry, but the River Pools program called “Pool School” gets at A+ from us.
