Last year we had River Pools install a fiberglass pool in our backyard. They were very professional and communicated well with us throughout the process. We would recommend this team to put in your next pool
River Pools is a great company to work with if you want a pool. They do quality work and follow through with their contract. Anytime, I have had an issue with my pool they have always been a great recourse and have also taken care of all warranty covered issues.
When I was searching for a pool I sent Andrew an internet inquiry after finding River Pools online. I got an immediate follow up call and the next morning Andrew was at our house (2 hours from his location) By the end of that same day, Andrew gave a detailed, written estimate for the whole project. We bought a D40 fiberglass pool. Andrew's crew works really well with other subcontractors and it was key to making the overall job turn out so well. An amazing pool and aquatic system enjoyed by all our family ages 4-69!! Clean, comfortable and way to access in and out. We wish we could have one at home in Litchfield CT!! Obvious the Rush River Pools are professionals and conscientious! Thanks for a great experience!!
What an incredible experience with our River Pool installation. Great communication with Tim and his team from planning it over and year ago, through final installation. It was so nice to work with a company that actually does what they say they will do! There were no surprises along the way! The fiberglass pool is just so awesome! Add in their automation package and quite honestly the system takes the stress out of worrying about pool chemistry. It does it for you. Thanks again Tim and crew - you all are the best!
