We are very happy with our new pool! From design to site location to construction and pool school, everything was excellent! Our contractor has stayed in touch and has been very helpful for us learning how to care for our fiberglass saltwater pool.
Ben and his team are top notch. From the first phone call with River Pools Upstate to the end of the project, everything has been excellent. When we were first looking at pool options, no other company spent the time that River Pools and Ben did, in our yard, discussing options and showing us how they'd look in our yard. We are excited to enjoy our new pool and we can't recommend Ben and team enough.
Amazing experience from start to finish. Each member of the team was terrific to work with leading up to, during, and after our installation. As we learned and our plans evolved Ben and his team were with us every step of the way. Highly recommended!!!!
Ben was absolutely wonderful for the entire process of our pool being installed! He answered every single question in depth and was incredibly patient since this was our first time owning a salt water pool. I truly cannot recommend this company enough, everyone went above and beyond our expectations! We are SO happy!
Ben did a superb job converting my pool from salt to chlorine. He had to replace the heater, pipes, updated the Pentair system, and filter. He knew exactly what was needed to make the pool function so much easier. Which has made my job a lot easier. It was impressive to see how quickly and efficiently it all came together.
