DR Horton Homes are very good homes. But what’s makes the homes excellent are the people hired by DR Horton, from the realtor Karen Greene, to the superintendent Bruce Fuller and warranty people Greg Acosta and Kathryn Harris. They all desire 5 star reviews in their prospective fields. Their professionalism knowledge and going above and beyond what is needed makes them an excellent team. I highly recommend this team.
Bruce Fuller is basically the only reason I have not thought about moving out of the neighborhood. At first everything was running super smooth. Once Bruce was out of the picture and had moved to developing a new neighborhood, we noticed issues occuring quite frequently. After zero contact being made with the customer service representative, I reached out to Bruce. He had my issue worked out in less than 24 hours.
