Very nice place! The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. The courtyard areas are perfect for pets, rooftop view of the river is beautiful, and a great location! Moved my father in this past week and the process was easy and the leasing manager is very helpful and super nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for affordable housing with a luxury feel.
I live at Riverpointe Apts for about 3 or 4 yrs now, I love living here and has great security here and have inspections check on the air, heat, fire alarms, and sprayed for insects every few months, and have activities also and we have a great assistance manager here DeAnna and I would ecommend Riverpointe to a friend or anyone who would ask me what I think about the apts.
One day I put my application in. 3 days later I’m in!!! I never thought it would be this easy to find a clean beautiful apt so close to everything in town. I owe it all to the manager here, Deanna, she made things so easy and when I had a question she’s was so happy to answer and I felt so respected and so lucky to have this chance to be a part of this wonderful community we have here at River Pointe !!! It’s always a good thing when people treat you like she did when I moved in. Thank you for hiring a great manager!
The River Pointe Apartments are a nice place to call home. The Manger, Deanna, makes her renters feel welcome and cared for. I am glad this is my home.
