Visited a friend for the night. Woke up to my car broken into. Stay away even if it is for 1 night
Roach infested units. Parking is awful. Rent goes up every year, but no significant improvements are done. The management and maintenance team are awful not reliable at all. Leasing office never picks up phone NEVER. Only time you hear from them is when RENT is due. Again units have a bad roach infestation. The photos used for the units y’all see on the website are FALSE, they look nothing like that on the inside of an actual unit. My significant other moved here a week ago and as soon as I visited and walked through there were three roaches around the bedroom and bathroom door frames. This property management moved him onto a roach infested apartment and they were already there because he had just started moving in. Bags full of garbage laying in the hallways in front of tenants' doorways waiting to be picked up. Holes in the ceiling not filled in. Walls hadn't been cleaned. Windowsills hadn't been cleaned. For whatever reason my reviews keep “disappearing” Do not ever move here!!! Can’t even invite my grandpa over because these apartments will literally kill him!!! AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE!!!
