Riverpointe was honestly the best apt I've lived in. The apt was beautiful. I lived in a 1 bedroom. The living room area and adjoining kitchen were large and lovely and wow, the bathroom was honestly just a luxury. Really the best shower ever! There was a courtyard area too, with benches that you can sit at, which was a nice place to go if you wanted to just sit outside for a bit to enjoy the weather. I inquired about a tour twice through their website but never received a response. So, I decided to call, and Linda answered. While she was polite, her tone came across as judgmental and arrogant. When I mentioned that my boyfriend and I were moving in together, her attitude became noticeably condescending. This is the BEST place to live in if you work in Philadelphia/ cherry hill areas. Super close to the high way, super quiet, everyone’s so friendly, and very safe. The buildings are new and modern at a reasonable price. All charges are reasonable with explicit listing and they give your deposit back.
I moved here December 2023 when I was relocating back to NJ after living in RI for 12 years. I have had a great experience overall. No major maintenance issues. Everyone at the office is nice. Neighbors are friendly. To this point, I don’t have any major complaints. But parking is a bit of a pain point. I have a two bedroom but live alone and therefore only am allowed one parking spot. This little complex has all the modern amenities I look for - ceiling fans, garbage disposal and modern decor with a beautiful gas range. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I had a corner unit which provided a loft and extra room with a beautiful metal light fixture. Linda helps and responds every step of the way. Maintenance is there within a day or two after a request. I love living here. It’s a nice quiet pocket in a hustling world.
