The young man who came to our house was very nice and worked efficiently. However, the dispatcher/manager was rude over the phone. The original estimate was for ~$800 (which includes $100/hr for labor and materials). The job required a trench to be dug to expose the pipe that needed to be replaced. So to save River Plumbing time and myself money, my mother and I spent the day digging the trench. I called River Plumbing so they could appropriately manage their time.
