I had a really great time living here and the amenities are great. Especially the pool!
I’ve been here for two years and can say that River Place South is a lovely place to live. The lobby is modern and well kept, the staff are kind are welcoming, and the neighbors are kind and respectful. It isn’t perfect, there are things that could always be improved but that comes with the territory of living in an older building.
River Place South has been a great place to live. The staff are kind (Minor and Gina are the best), the amenities are very convenient and the location and price is unbeatable. The multicultural environment is also a plus. Highly recommend as a home, I’ve been here three years and as I will be moving out soon i am going to miss it.
