This was the worse place I have ever lived. I was a resident in building 1021. The front desk staff were disrespectful (especially the older woman that is no longer there) and the female manager was rude as well, didn’t compromise with tenants or deal with her staff accordingly, she would contact your landlord and complain about YOU instead. As someone with professional experience in different real estate investment and management companies, I can safely say whoever they have hired to manage this building is possibly the worst management company out there. Review is mostly for other property owners to just avoid these people at all costs. Some how the front desk is more often vacant than it is staffed, they recently decided the best place to cut boards for minor trim work was in the middle of the lobby, and will have “meetings” where the whole team is arguing lo... read more
0 STAR if I can rate! They hires third party to enter your room without notice. With that, don't be surprised, if your stuff went stolen. Centralized AC, blowing out mold, not cool at noon, too cold at night. Hot water went out from time to time. Leaving when rent expired!
