I lived in the area for long time, and knew and always wanted to move to this place (mainly because of its location), despite its bad reviews posted everywhere. I thought people were overreacting, but I was wrong! Not enough people post their experiences with this community! They have very high tenant turnover rate, No wonder. Owners do not live there, units are leased mostly through real estate agencies or agents. Landmark Realty Group LLC manages lots of units.
