Kate Auge is an absolute gem. She helped me in so many ways. I highly recommend her. I would still be a client but the owner dropped medicare.
The River Pines Facility is warm and inviting but my experience began with Melissa (Mgr of Client Care), who was great to work with. She responded to my emails (even on a Sunday and one other time well outside of business hours). Her emails make a person feel as though they really want to see you. My initial experiences have all been excellent with River Pines in part because Melissa has set an excellent tone!
I am not a client at this time, but I would like to post a character review regarding Darcy. I have known Darcy for many, many years. We have some mutual friends as well. I know that I, her friends and family all know Darcy to be very caring, professional, friendly, honest, sincere, and insightful. She has always been interested in helping others where she can, and she is good at it. Hoping those who would like, or need your services find you every bit as helpful and guiding as I have.
