If you’re looking for professionalism, please look elsewhere-the therapists themselves are great, but their “office manager” should seek other career paths. She’s rude, condescending, never accepts responsibility for anything, and should never be in the position she is in. I hope they find someone who has some sort of people skills to manage their office and greet people on the phones, she is beyond awful.

Miss Tori did a really nice job with my son with a screening for his speech. She said that he is just fine for his age, but gave us helpful recommendations to work with him.
My son went there from the age of three till he was six and graduated out. Loved the therapists he had and everyone was very nice.
