I live here now 2023 either I dumb or stupid 1st it's rats in buildings 2nd no heat 3 nothing buy a bunch of ssi section 8 aka low lifes kids are nasty loud music muilple women with muilple children property manager is prejudice don't follow rules warranty habilty no heat rats maintenance they are a bunch of hard working people but low life theat put their kids on short yellow school run back up to nasty cold rat infested apartment and with until next mother day aka ssi check people living off kids half of people are not ... read more

This place is truly vile to live at. It’s sad because the property itself is nice with good views. But the people living there are very ghetto, and very dirty. No one cleans up after their dogs, people throw garbage out of their 30+ story windows, the elevators are filthy. It’s like a village of ghetto rats. 🤮 The tenants need to do better. It’s not even the cleaning crews and staff because they do what they can. The tenants make this place a nightmare.
