This place is truly vile to live at. It’s sad because the property itself is nice with good views. But the people living there are very ghetto, and very dirty. No one cleans up after their dogs, people throw garbage out of their 30+ story windows, the elevators are filthy. It’s like a village of ghetto rats. 🤮 The tenants need to do better. It’s not even the cleaning crews and staff because they do what they can. The tenants make this place a nightmare.

River Park Towers is the worse complex to reside in. Most of the residents are rude and don't respect the area. Spit and urinate in elevators. Leave garbage all over the place inside and outside of the buildings. Drink and smoke in front of the building. Destroy the property and security does nothing from what I can see. Management is horrible. They only come out to fix repairs when they feel like it. They don't have respect or consideration for the working class people in the buildings. hi there: I had apply there a first time and I was called for an interview, but my income wasn't enough, so I applied a second time since people that actually live there had told me there are apts available, I'm still waiting for a response I'm 50 years old and now I do make enough to be eligible. if anyone in the management is interested and wants to give me the opportunity to have at least a studio I will always be appreciated. i really need to move from my room! thanks Rosa Colon 898 Irvine St room #6 Bronx, NY 10474

RPT was my introduction to the USA coming from London. One night someone set their mattress on fire. I lived on the 37th floor. He lit his mattress because his grandma did not give him money he had asked for. The hot air rose rapidly and engulfed the upper floor nearly choking me to death.
