At River Park, we’re down to our final opportunity. Residents enjoy life in a small suburban town, just west of the Catawba River, north of interstate 85, and close to the city of Charlotte. Our community features both two-story and ranch-style homes, with amenities that include an Olympic sized pool at the clubhouse, a paved walking trail, and sidewalks throughout the neighborhood.

This is our first home, we were super excited to have a newly built home for our first house. However, after we moved in paint was left all over our wood floors (they said they would clean it but definitely did not clean any of it). At our 90 inspection everything we called out that needed repaired they said they would not fix it came up with some excuse. As of today nothing has been fixed our shower door stripping even just came off. It is clear it is not quality work, we do not recommend this builder to anyone.
We moved into our home officially maybe a week, it’s been almost a month since we closed! Been moving in slowly because of my wife work situation! So we started living in the house, the downstairs living bathroom would clog up, first time it did it we thought something was in the toilet, it unclogged a couple days later! Then second time he clogged again and started over flowing all over the house, it was a big mess!
