I moved into this apartment complex in April 2024, and by September 2024, management began issuing notices to quit and lease non-renewal to all tenants due to severe structural damage across all five buildings. On the rare occasion that you are able to get them on the phone, you can't even hear them over the construction noise. They are in the process (for the last year) of insulating the garage and building which means they had to rip up the entire courtyard, seal the bottom layer, and are on other people's balconys facing Pleasant St. peeling wall panels off of sections of the building.
