I have worked with almost every management company in Boston Metro and this building has arguably the worst management company I have ever worked with. I dealt with Chunnan Li and Maureen DiStasi and they were extremely unprofessional.
When we moved into River Park Lofts in Spring 2024, management told us construction would be finished by that summer. Not only did that never happen, but less than a year later they kicked everyone out due to structural issues. Some residents had literally just signed new leases before being forced to leave.
