Dr. Lu was very thorough and caring. Loved our first visit. Staff is very friendly and listens to all my concerns.
My dog has had some bad experiences with animal hospitals in the past, so taking him to the vet used to feel almost impossible. But Dr. Luo completely changed that for us. She is incredibly kind, patient, and knows exactly how to approach my dog in a way that makes him feel calm and safe. For the first time, he wasn’t overly nervous during the visit. I’m so thankful to have found such a caring and gentle vet — we’ll definitely be coming back!
Dr. Luo was the third vet who finally was abled to get my 3 yrs. old Maltipoo to eat and controlled his bilious vomitting condition. I like that she is the vet with her own practice instead of a big business with several vets and her charges are reasonable. She explained fully what was wrong with my pet in a way that I could understand and suggested ways to work with his condition so he could eat better and not throw up. We switched to River Park vet recently and were already impressed with ease of scheduling appointments and handling prescriptions, when we ended up being there for what turned out to be an obstruction surgery for our dog. First, Dr. Luo was upfront about risk and her experience for such surgeries, but we ended up going forward because the emergency animal hospital quote was 3x as high.
