Tried to exchange ugg slippers for the correct size the day after Christmas. They had the correct size but would not exchange without the receipt. They should put the gift receipt in the box or put a store sticker on the box if so narrow, they can’t even look up by credit card. I was not trying to get a different style or store credit or anything, just a size up the day after Christmas. Makes you not want to buy local if they can’t be as accommodating as big box stores or online stores.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE! Workers and managers are absolutely great! They are so helpful and always nice to me and my family when we shop there.

Horrible customer service and outrageous return policy. Their receipt states they have a 30-day return policy to return, exchange, or receive store credit within. I made two purchases from them during Christmas, one with cash and one with a debit card. I tried to return 2 items less than 10 days later with original receipts, one from each purchase, and they refused to give me a refund, only store credit. They would not refund cash from the sale I paid cash for, and would not refund to my debit card that I used for the other ... read more

LET THE BUYER BEWARE! This store has a very narrow return policy. The store sign said River Outfitters, when leaving I learned I actually purchased at River Belles. River Belles only has a 14 day return policy, whereas River Outfitters has a 30 day return policy and even within that time frame, they will NOT give credit on a bank card; only issue store gift card. NO exceptions on Christmas return. Didn't leave with a warn, fuzzy feeling & won't return.
