I purchased the beautiful Lily Lamp from a gift shop when I saw a photo of it on Facebook. I love the lamp, but the 10 multi colored glass lamps were ALL flawed, meaning the silver coating inside each one was pitted, and the colors on the outside were all pitted, if that is the right way to describe it. I live 1200 miles from the gift shop, so I called River Goods, and they just said 'because i bought from a gift shop" they couldn't do anything about it? What difference does that make?
