I wanted to say thank you to everyone at River Oaks Mall for opening their doors to the community and being a safe haven for our children on Halloween evening. There were games, prizes, candy. There was also entertainment from some of our own youth in the community. It was a joy to be there and be a part that event.���
This mall has most basic needs... Bath and Body, Victoria's Secret, Macy's, J.C. Pennys, Express and Children's Place. And I'm looking forward to the soul food restaurant coming to the food court.
