River Oaks puts up a positive, friendly front, but once you are under contract, they go out of their way to be difficult. They ignore phone calls and emails, and deflect responsibility on just about every issue. They are also all about big business, and cater to larger brands, even at the expense of their smaller tenants. I highly suggest that anyone inquiring go with any other property management company, because "Premier Retail Developer" does not mean "Premier Service Provider".
Who are these barbarians, & why are they planning to destroy famous El Paso architect Henry Trost's historic works? Not one, but several structures, especially the magnificent State National Bank building at San Antonio & Mesa, in all its neo-classical glory. This is serial desecration of El Paso's historic Downtown, & it's incredible that the City is allowing River Oaks to commit this atrocity. --Robb Chavez
